Living with Hope
Finding hope during times of COVID-19
Resilience is a term we hear more and more as individuals, families, co-workers, and communities cope with day-to-day changes related to living, learning, and interacting within our changing environment.
This workshop will explore resilience with focus on the following: (1) how resilience increases physical well-being and mental health; (2) what methods can be learned to build resiliency; and (3) how rituals facilitate managing extreme emotions as a path to increased resiliency.
Participants will be invited to share in discussion and to describe experiences. Educational tools and summary will be provided and distributed to all participants.
This workshop is offered as a stand alone workshop or can be combined with "Living with an Aching Heart" as part two of a two-part series.
