Finding Solace during Times of Celebration
Holidays and celebrations bring families and groups together for laughter, gift giving and loving affirmation. These can also be times of heightened stress, especially for those who are grieving.
This workshop will introduce participants to tools for coping during these times, including "The 3C's of Coping with the Holidays."
Group discussion will be encouraged to answer questions such as "what feels right?" and "what are things I will choose to do vs things I feel I should do."
Participants will leave with a toolkit of suggested meaningful activities to help navigate celebrations in ways most comfortable for them.
Workshops and discussions can be customized to meet the needs of your organization or group.
